Neal Kwatra is a martial arts expert, instructor and author. He's now the executive director of the Silver Star School and a teacher in the International Karate Academy Neal Kwatra. He has been fighting martial arts because he was a young boy, participating in karate, western boxing and softball. He also earned his black belt at age 14 and earned a degree in psychology at the University of Utah. Following his schooling, he got a degree in peace studies at the university.
Neal Kwatra believes that everybody has the power to create her or his own fate. He teaches that there's no such thing as a universal law which may be forced upon humankind. Rather, the decisions we make will determine our level of happiness or unhappiness.
"I want people to see that the reason martial arts are popular among certain groups is not because they would like to fight wars or do drugs," he explained. "It is because they market self-empowerment." Self-empowerment is the concept that you are liable for your own activities. It does not matter if you are a police officer, instructor, CEO of a corporation or a homeless vagabond on the streets, you need to learn to take control of your own life.
Mr. Kwatra believes that all individuals have the capacity to master anything if they're prepared to spend the work. He doesn't believe in the power of the brain, nor does he believe that you ought to use their own body to achieve matters. "I believe that you ought to be in charge of your life and your destiny," he said. The first measure to self-empowerment will be learning to set goals and intend to reach them. The next step is to learn your weaknesses and strengths, and utilize them for your advantage. And the next step is to utilize your strengths and flaws to become better individuals.
Mr. Kwatra's message from the book is to be honest with yourself about everything you want out of life. There's no such thing as getting rich overnight. Everything you would like is to have a satisfying life, a life that is full of achievement, love, laughter and happiness. It's about taking control of your life and making the most of your talents and abilities.
